This is a passionate call to the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) of Nigeria to sheath their swords and return to classrooms in the interest of millions of hapless students who are idling away at home for four months.an idle mind is a criminal mind, they say. think of their future, their ambitions and aspirations,many fought tooth and nail to got admitted only to be frustrated by this strike.forget about these clueless politicians.there children are all studying abroad where they will graduate in no time and come back to corner all the 'lucrative jobs'.
Moreover, employers of labour have devised various means of edging out poor Nigerian graduates.to be eligible for a job;you should not be more than 25 years,must have NYSC discharge certificate........etc. for God's sake,how could somebody who spent seven years for a four year programme be able to satisfy all these requirements?
